Trip to MOTAT

As part of our topic `In the Past', Room 29 went to visit MOTAT. We had so much fun playing with the old equipment and comparing them to what we use in the present. We loved looking at the old cars and the best part of the day was going on the tram which was great fun!

Wow a busy week!

Room 29 had a busy week travelling down to Tamaki for kiwi sport on Wednesday and having lunch at the Sommerville cafe on Thursday! Kiwi sport was very energetic as we ran around the hall practising our throwing and catching skills. We love seeing our friends from Sylvia Park there as well! Visiting the cafe was a little more relaxed and everyone enjoyed the experience and the delicious food!

 

Our Trip to the Dental Clinic

Yesterday afternoon we went on a trip to the Dental Clinic where everyone had their teeth checked. It was an exciting trip and everyone did REALLY well listening to the instructions the dental nurses gave. The highlight was definitely the stamps and stickers we got for doing such a great job!
